Why hi-oleic peanuts?
These peanut powerhouses are grown the same way as ordinary peanuts and contain all the natural protein, vitamins, minerals and fibre found in conventional peanuts, but have much higher levels of monounsaturated fats (the good fats), which reduce the amount of LDL (bad cholesterol), whilst boosting the levels of HDL (good cholesterol).
